Kari Lee Townsend

Kari Lee Townsend is a national bestselling American author, who is popular for writing mystery, romance, thriller, and contemporary stories. She is particularly famous for writing two book series, the Samantha Granger Experiment series and the Fortune Teller Mysteries. Also, Townsend has written several women’s fiction and romance standalone novels under the pen name of Kari Lee Harmon. A few of her books are based on tween superheroes and children’s fiction. Townsend has received nominations for many prestigious awards like Golden Duck Award, Agatha Award, and RT Reviewers Choice Award. She was born in Terceira, Azores, Portugal, and currently resides in central New York. Author Townsend is happily married and is a proud mother of three sons and a daughter. She says that her husband and children are very understanding and supportive toward her writing works.
