William Nolan
William Nolan is a renowned American author of western, science fiction, horror, fantasy, magical realism, literary fiction, and crime fiction novels. He has written several mind-blowing book series in his career, including The Black Mask series, The Kincaid series, The Logan series, and The Challis series. Some of his most notable works include Burnt Offerings, Trilogy of Terror, Logan’s Run, etc. Author Nolan got involved in writing science fiction during the 1950s. He wrote and published a few fanzines during that time that included The Ray Bradbury Review. At the same time, he got acquainted with and befriended several popular authors of fantasy and science fiction, such as Robert Bloch, Charles Beaumont, Ray Russell, Richard Matheson, and Ray Bradbury. He became a professional writer in 1956. Nolan is particularly well known for his novel Logan’s Run, which he co-authored with George Clayton Johnson.
