Wen Spencer (conceived 1963) is an American sci-fi and dream author whose books focus on characters with abnormal capacities. They may be viewed as minor departure from the standard vampire and werewolf subjects. In 2003, she was the champ of the John W. Campbell Grant for Best New Essayist.
