Author Steve White was born in 1948. He is an American science fiction author, renowned for Starfire-series, along with David Weber. He is married and has three daughters, and currently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia. He also sells his works to a legal publishing company. Before writing, he served United States as a Navy Officer. He has served during the Vietnam War and worked through the Mediterranean regions.
