Stephen Frey

Frey is the managing director at a private equity firm and has worked in mergers and acquisitions as well as served as V.P. of corporate finance at an international bank. Frey thought that because of his experience and time in worlds like this he could channel that into novels. He was right and his first book was published in 1995, The Takeover.
