Some of her most prominent romance series include the Louisiana series, The Reluctant Brides series, the Southern Women series, and the Becomes Her series. Busbee’s father was a naval officer, which allowed them travel to different places in the world. She completed her schooling from a school located in Kenitra, Morocco. She joined Burbank Business College after returning to California. There, she came across her loving future husband named Howard Busbee and got married to him in 1963, one year after achieving her graduation degree.
