Sarah Loudin Thomas
Sarah Loudin Thomas is a historical fiction and Christina Romance author from North Carolina that is best known for the “Appalachian Blessings” series. Thomas grew up in French Creek, West Virginia where her parents lived on a 100-acre farm that had been in the family for seven generations. She loves to set her novels in West Virginia and celebrates the heritage, the land, and the people of Appalachia. She wrote her debut novel “Miracle in a Dry Season” in 2014 and has never looked back since. She now has more than seven titles in the “Appalachian Blessings” and “Sound of Rain” series alongside several single standing titles and an omnibus. As a teen, she dreamed of becoming a marine scientist but her passion for writing soon won out over science and she graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in journalism. Over the years, she has used her love for words to make a career in marketing and public relations. While she has made a name for herself as an author, she still works in communications as she is in charge of communications and fundraising for a children’s home. Sarah loves to write Christian fiction since she was brought up in a Christian family and still has her faith. She currently lives in the mountain in North West Carolina with her husband to whom she has been married for nineteen years. When she is not writing her novels, she can be found taking hikes with her husband and canine, helping out at her local church, cooking, or reading.
