Roberta Gellis

Author Roberta Leah Jacobs Gellis was born September 27, 1927 and wrote historical romance, mystery, thriller, historical fiction, and fantasy. Gellis had master’s degrees in medieval literature and biochemistry. She is cited by many historical romance authors as one of their important influences. Besides her own name, she has published books in at least three different pen names; these include Max Daniels, Priscilla Hamilton, Leah Jacobs.
