Rhidian Brook

Rhidian Brook is a renowned Welsh author of historical fiction, adult fiction, young adult, and nonfiction novels. He has written several successful books in his career and is particularly famous for his debut novel called The Testimony of Taliesin Jones. Brook is also a well-known broadcaster and screenwriter. He was born in 1964 in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Brook studied at the Churcher’s College located in Hampshire and passed out in 1982. His first book has won three prestigious awards, including the Somerset Maugham Award in 1997. The book was adapted into a movie of the same and starred Ian Bannen and Jonathan Pryce in the lead role. Brook’s second book, Jesus and The Adman, was released in 1999 and was followed his third book called The Aftermath in 2013. This book has been translated into as many as 25 foreign languages. It has also been developed into a feature film that comprised of Alexander Skarsgard and Keira Knightley as the lead characters.
