Phoebe MacLeod is a British author of romantic comedy novels. Phoebe is from Kent, England, and it is obvious that she is proud of it – including Kent in some form or fashion in her books. Prior to becoming an author, Phoebe had a long career in IT. When she’s not writing, Phoebe enjoys people watching, food, wine, and being with friends. She lives in Kent with her partner and dog.
