Michael Reisig
Michael Reisig is an action-adventure novelist that sometimes writes humor. While he is best known as a writer of novels, he did not start his writing career in the field. Before he became an author, he had been writing professionally for newspapers and magazines for more than fifteen years. Among his many accolades include newspaper publisher and editor, bestselling novelist, and award-winning columnist. Reisig wrote his debut novel “The New Madrid Run” in 1998 while he was still working in newspapers. However, it was not until the publishing of “The Road to Key West” in 2011 that he became prolific. Michael now has more than twenty novels in the “Road to Key West,” and “Caribbean Gold” alongside several single standing novels and an omnibus. His novels have been optioned for film and published in different territories across the world. He has also been featured in a variety of magazines such as “Southern Living” and “Writer’s Digest” in addition to several newspapers across the United States.
