Michael Prescott

Michael Prescott is one of the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of America, who is famous for writing down a number of successful novels based on the thriller, suspense, and crime fiction genres. He was born in the year 1960 in Passaic, New Jersey, United States, and spent most of his growing years in New Jersey. Later, he joined the Wesleyan University and graduated in the year 1980. Author Prescott majored mainly with the subject of Film Studies. After his graduation, he shifted to Los Angeles in the year 1981 and began working as a freelance article writer for a number of magazines. He even served as an editor, archival researcher, as well as written a few scripts for the producers of several independent films. Simultaneously, author Prescott was working on his debut novel, which he was able to finish and sell in the year 1986. It took him more than 5 years to write this novel, based on the horror genre. After that, he decided to write his next novel under the pen name of Brian Harper and eventually began writing suspense and crime novels from the year 1992 onwards.
