Margaret DrabbleAuthor Margaret Drabble was born on June 5, 1939 in Sheffield and was educated at the Mount School, York, and Newnham College, Cambridge. She has written screenplays, biographies, and edited the Oxford Companion to English Literature. Her sister is fellow writer Atonia S. Byatt.
