Kim Gordon

Kim Gordon is an acclaimed American artist, musician and writer whose influence has been felt in the rock and alternative music scenes. Her career began in 1981 when she formed the band Sonic Youth with her then-husband Thurston Moore. This band would go on to release sixteen studio albums and become one of the most influential acts in alternative music. In 1993, she co-founded the musical project Free Kitten and subsequently launched her solo career with the release of her album No Home Record in 2019.
