Kate Lloyd

Kate Lloyd is a bestselling American writer of literature & fiction, romance, and inspirational novels. She is particularly well known for writing the Lancaster Discoveries series and the Legacy of Lancaster series. Also, she has written several popular standalone books. Lloyd is a Baltimore native and is the proud mother of 2 sons. She has a passion for observing human relationships. Currently, she resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and spends most of her time in the company of close friends and family members. Lloyd claims that the Lancaster County was the inspiration behind her debut trilogy series. Her stories are mainly based on the Amish community’s lifestyle and depict Christian fiction tales. In addition to being a noteworthy author, Lloyd is also a Mennonite Historical Society member, which is based in Lancaster County. She is happily married and cherishes the loving company of her husband and sons in her spare time.
