Helen Moss

Helen Moss is an amusing author and an inhabitant of Suffolk County, New York. She emigrated to the United States of America from Belize in the year 1969, and spent part of her livelihood as a billing manager and a financial analyst with a Long Island marketing company before she entered the medical billing field. She was born in the year1964 and grew in the gorgeous Worcestershire rolling countryside and a remote area in Saudi Arabia. When Helen Moss left school, she wanted to be an astronaut or an interpreter or a tree surgeon. She has never done any of these things, except in her imagination, but did a degree in both Psychology and Philosophy and also achieved PhD in psycho-linguistics instead. Additionally, this turned out to be even extra fun and mostly spent many of her happy years researching languages and the brain. Having lived in Glasgow, London and Oregon, Helen Moss now lives in a village close to Cambridge together with her comp scientist husband, her two sons and a number of dogs and hens. When she is not writing or thinking up her next dastardly crime which is purely fictional, of course, she likes walking slowly in the countryside with her dogs. She also runs without the dogs which just trip her over. Additionally, she spends some time climbing trees, climbing mountains, playing badminton and skiing down, and reading, of course. When she isn’t writing or feeding animals, she also likes walking with their border collies, Storm and Maia. There they are, with their sister, Pip, who lives close by and frequently come for a walk with them.
