Heather Webber

Heather Webber is an American novelist best known for writing cozy mystery and romance novels. She also writes paranormal mysteries under the pen name Heather Blake. She has more than 20 novels to her name spread over four series of novels. These novels include the highly popular bestseller Lucy Valentine romance mystery series, the Nina Quinn Landscaping mystery series, the Darcy Merriweather Wishcraft mystery series, and the Potion Shop mystery series. With parents that made sure that she had any type of book that she wanted, she developed a love for reading very early on. However, her love for mystery was sparked while she was in the tenth grade and had to do an assignment on the novel, The Hound of the Baskervilles. It was not long before she discovered Agatha Christie and Mary Higgins Clark. Growing up in Boston, she had always wanted to be a medical examiner and watched the TV show Quincy ME religiously. However, it was not until much later that she realized that it was the twists and turns of plot and the unraveling of the mystery that she loved and not the medical part of the show. She currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband and three children. When she is not writing, you can find her reading, baking, crocheting, watching a movie, or solving a jigsaw puzzle with the family. She also loves to watch reality TV, particularly anything to do with cooking competitions. Occasionally they will get out of the house and hike to the picturesque mountains in the northeast for a picnic.
