Gavin Scott is one of the noteworthy writers from The United Kingdom, who is popular for writing historical fiction, thriller, and crime fiction novels. He is also a well known broadcaster and the author of Emmy award winning mini series comprising of several standalone books. Author Gavin is believed to have directed and produced over 200 short films and documentaries for the BBC and for commercial TV in UK. This was followed by an assignment in the US for scripting and developing an Indiana Jones film with George Lucas. Currently, Gavin is busy with the writing and development of an action adventure set at the time of Second World War, which is being produced by Sony Pictures. Author Gavin has written and directed a New Zealand film called Battle of the Treasure Island. This film had Randy Quaid in the lead role and was made by the Limelight Films production company. Another well known script that Gavin wrote is for ‘Absolutely Anything’, that featured Kate Beckinsale and Simon Pegg as the lead actors. Gavin and Terry Jones collaborated together for writing the script. Currently, Gavin is in talks with the Archetype Productions for producing his supernatural adventure called Lost Squad. Author Gavin is also working with a German production company called Gruppe 5, for which he is expected to write a 10 part series based on a woman named Dona Gracia Nasi. She lived in the 16th century and was a Schindler, who carried out negotiations with Sultans, Emperors, and Popes. Dona also set up an escape route, several colonies, and also saved numerous Jews from getting inquisitioned. Gavin has created and produced a science fiction adventure series, which was telecast all over the world. As a prominent figure in modern world, author Gavin has given many appearances on talk shows and TV programs. One such show is the ‘Deadliest Warrior’, for which he was called to speak about his views about Arab Revolt.
