Eagles / MacCallister

The Eagles and MacCallister series’ were written by the Uncle and nephew pair of writers, William. W. Johnstone and J.A. Johnstone, from America. The series consists of 22 novels altogether published from 1993 to 2014. The series’ depict the historical lives of the MacCallisters, Jamie and Duff. The series’ are set in different parts of America based on the historical fiction genre. Being set in the eighteenth century, Jamie and Duff MacCallister travel to various American countries in search of adventure. The Eagle series shows the life of Jamie MacCallister, who is a fearless adventurer set out to explore the American frontier. He starts his journey from Ohio and travels to the countries of the Alamo and Texas. The MacCallister series shows a new saga featuring Duff MacCallister who sets out to forge his destiny with a legacy and a vow to serve justice. He sets out to explore the adventurous American continent and survive the difficult situations of his journey. The Eagles series comprises of 18 different novels published from 1993 to 2013 whereas the MacCallister series consists of five novels published from 2011 to 2015. Both the series were primarily written the well-known author, William W. Johnstone. However, his nephew, J.A. Johnstone joined him in the collaboration from the eleventh novel of the Eagles series and since then, he has continued to contribute greatly to every writing of William W. Johnstone.
