D.B. Jackson

DB Jackson is the pseudonym of fantasy and science fiction author David B Coe. As DB, he writes mystery, thriller, historical, science fiction, and fantasy fiction. The award-winning author currently has more than eight titles to his name in the “Thieftaker Chronicles” and the “Islevale Cycle” series alongside several novellas. He was born in New York and since he developed a wanderlust, he has lived in many places across the world from Appalachia, New England, Australia, and California. As a teenager, he went to Brown University for his bachelor’s degree before he graduated and went on to work as a political consultant. He then went back to college attending Stanford University for his masters and doctorate degrees in American history. While he for a time flirted with the idea of becoming a scholar and working in academia, he had a change of heart and decided to return to his first love: telling stories.
