Cherry Adair is an award winning and bestselling author of the South African-American origin, who likes to write romantic fiction novels. She is most notably famous for writing romance and suspense novels. Cherry began as an interior designer before going on to become a full time author. She used her creative energy to great effects as an interior designer after moving to San Francisco for the first time. After a short stint into her designing job Cherry shifted her creative energy towards writing novels. She has successfully written the T-FLAC, Lodestone and Cutter Cay series’. The success of her novels allowed her to become a USA Today, New York Times, and Publisher’s Weekly bestselling author. She made her writing debut in the year 1994 with the publication of the first novel of her writing career. Cherry was born in Cape Town, South Africa and moved to the United States when she was in her early twenties. She settled in San Francisco and opened her interior designing business. After some time, she began getting ideas about her own stories inspired by the voracious reading that she liked to do always. And before going on to write and successfully publish her first novel, Cherry had completed writing 17 books. She sold all of them to the Harlequin publishing house in the year 1994. The -FLAC series written by her involves operatives working in the fictional secret anti-terrorist force called as T-FLAC. Her books in the series are classified in the romantic suspense subgenre. With the help of the vast success that she got because of her exciting novels, Cherry became one of the reigning queens of the romantic adventure novels. Other than the romance genre, she also likes to write novels based on the mystery & thriller and fiction genres. She says that she has always been an adventurer both in her writing career as well as in her life.
