Cecil CastellucciCecil Castellucci is a bestselling American author of New York Times bestselling and award-winning author science fiction writer who specializes in young adults and graphic novels. Some of her notable works include The Plain Janes, Boy Proof, and The Year of the Beast. Castellucci also won a Gold Medal in the California Book Award for her picture book titled Grandmas Gloves. The author has also published a good number of short stories. By day, Castellucci works as an editor with the LA Review of Books. She lives in London, where she also acts as the Rumpus Children’s Correspondence Coordinator.
