Candis Terry

Candis Terry is a reputed novelist from America, who likes to write romance, contemporary, chick lit, and women’s fiction novels. She is particularly famous for writing the Sweet Texas series, which depicts love stories between the male and female leads of each of the books. Author Terry was born and brought up near the beautiful, sunny beaches of the Southern California. Now, she has made her current home on a farm in Idaho. Author Terry has lived her life in diverse situations. She has worked in a recording studio in Hollywood and has played the role of a graphic designer for a brief period. But, in spite of all the diversities one thing has always remained constant in her life and that is her passion towards writing romance stories. Terry finds a great joy in writing about the difficulties one faces in search of true love and the security one feels in their happily-ever-after. Even though most of the stories of author Terry take place in tiny towns, her wish is to provide a memorable and great love story to each of the characters of her books. Her books are often filled with lots of fun, quirky characters, happy ending, and intense scenes of romance. Author Terry says that while growing up in California, she was extremely busy in reading books. She used to hand out on the beach quite often and would indulge in finding ways to enjoy the good times that wouldn’t land her in any kind of restriction. The idea of writing was not at all in her mind for a very long time. During her school days, author Terry had given the character sketch of an interesting character in a story. She had received an A+ for the beautiful depiction. Subsequently, the drama teacher in her school encouraged author Terry to think about writing as a career. He even discouraged her to go for an acting career as he found her acting abilities not up to the mark. And after some years, author Terry came up with her debut romance novel. While she was writing the novel, Terry was having her first child in her arms. She liked her own story so much so that she start loving her infant child even more.
