Bink Cummings

Bink Cummings is a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author best known for her romance and romantic suspense novels. Cummings was brought up in a classic car and bike-addicted family which perhaps explains her love for such fiction. Unlike other authors, Bink hated reading in her childhood, mostly because hardly anyone in her family read books let alone care about school. Most of them were only interested in bike and car manuals that belonged to her father. However, Mary, her great-aunt had a stack of Harlequin romances in the house, which she used to read with her magnifying glass. It was not until Cummings was in high school that she began expanding her horizons. She can still remember when she got a copy of A Child Called It as a sophomore and went on to finish it in just one day. It was quite the accomplishment for Bink who had never loved to read.
