Abby Klein

Abby Klein is one of the renowned authors from The United States, who is famous for writing humorous stories suitable for elementary aged children. She is particularly popular for writing and publishing the Ready, Freddy! series. In writing this series, she has made use of the classroom experiences that she gained while teaching. Her experiences have helped her to create dramatic and humorous stories. In addition to being a noteworthy author, Klein works as a teacher of kindergarten and first grade students. She is happily married and has a couple of children. Author Klein is also very fond of pet dogs. She has a total of 4 dogs with her at her home in Vermont. For a period of more than 15 years, author Klein has been working as a first grade and kindergarten teacher. She is known to be highly involved in the community of her school, as a teacher as well as a parent. Klein has enrolled both her students at the same school where she is teaching. Also, Klein has indulged herself as her district’s ‘teacher-leader’. For numerous years in this role, Klein has presented workshops for staff development at the school and district levels. With all her workshops she tries to focus on literacy, writing, and reading. Author Klein has also been involved as a presenter at several national conferences.
